About Me
Autumn Eastman, FAE, FHS, NTP-c, MSc
I’m a Fertility Awareness Educator, Functional Hormone Specialist and soon-to-be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
I journey with people to help them uncover the power of their menstrual cycle, the wisdom of their menstrual cycle symptoms, and the tools to live in love with their bodies through an anti-perfectionistic and intuitive approach.

Expertise
I have a Master's in Global Health Delivery with a concentration in Gender, Sexual and Reproductive Health from the University of Global Health Equity. I'm grossly passionate about health equity, and sexual and reproductive justice. I currently live in Liberia, working as an Executive Coordinator with Partners In Health, to deliver healthcare to marginalized communities.
I'm a certifying Fertility Awareness Educator who teaches people how to track their menstrual cycle for 99.6% effective side-effect free contraception, conscious conception and overall health awareness. I teach the Sympto-Thermal Method and Billings Ovulation Method with a passion for equipping clients with body literacy tools, education to make autonomous choices about their sexual activity, and charting skills to monitor their menstrual and overall health. I am currently in the practicum phase of my teaching certification with SymptoPro and Billings. Learn more about my principles and values as an instructor.
I’m also a Functional Hormone Specialist, certified through the International Association for Functional Hormone Health and soon to be Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, who helps menstruators have pain-free symptom-free regular happy periods with holistic nutrition and lifestyle support. Through 1:1 coaching, I assess the root cause of menstrual cycle symptoms and collaboratively come up with bio-individualistic strategies that help you reach your health goals.
In my free time, you'll find me cooking up a storm, practicing yoga, joy reading, crafting, enjoying nature and spending time with loved ones!
